Hello 

Here's a little bit about me.  Years of leading an active life - skiing, cycling, swimming - and supporting my kids' sporting activities, I understand the careful attention our body needs. I have been keen to learn how to prevent or treat injuries and share that knowledge and those skills with others.

Using deep tissue massage techniques and lots of communication between you and me, my aim is to relieve your aches, pains and niggles and return you to pain-free sporting activity and daily life.

I want to help you learn more about your body so you have the tools to recover quickly, to reduce the chances of injury and to stay pain free in the future.

And you don't need to be an athlete to benefit from these massage techniques. Hours spent sitting at a desk in my earlier corporate career left me with tension in my neck and shoulders which deep tissue massage has finally relieved. Whatever your walk of life, this variety of soft tissue techniques together with functional exercises I can show you, will help restore normal patterns of movement, improve your sense of well-being and your quality of life.
