Hello 

My journey into massage therapy started long before I trained professionally. Growing up active, I quickly learned how much our bodies do for us — and how much they need in return. Whether it was sore muscles after training or simple everyday tension, I experienced firsthand the difference that thoughtful, skilled touch can make.

That early experience shaped my belief in the value of maintenance massage — not just coming in when something hurts, but caring for your body consistently to stay balanced, mobile, and injury-free. 

Over time, that curiosity turned into something deeper. I became especially interested in the powerful role massage plays during life’s most sensitive seasons — volunteering to support people living with terminal illness, and caring for women through pregnancy and the post-partum period. These experiences showed me just how much careful, compassionate attention the body needs, particularly when it is working hard, healing, or carrying emotional weight.

I believe our bodies are constantly communicating with us. My work is about listening — to you and to your body — and responding with treatment that feels safe, supportive, and tailored specifically to your needs on that day.

Whether you’re:

  • Managing stress or muscular tension

  • Recovering from injury

  • Wanting to stay injury free and moving well

  • Preparing for or recovering from birth

  • Or simply needing time to reconnect with yourself

you’ll be met with warmth, respect, and care.
